Oxford and an engineering degree from BITS,
Pilani.
. Himani started her career as a Management
Trainee with Hindustan Unilever and then went on
to work as a management consultant with Capgemini
and Pricewaterhouse Coopers in London. She also
worked with Unitus for 3 years helping
microfinance institutions improve their operating
practices. Himani is one of the Trustees and
Co-founder of Kriti and leads projects involving
skills training and livelihoods for women.

Sreelata holds a post graduate degree from Texas
A & M University and an engineering degree from
CBIT, Hyderabad.
Sreelata has been involved with Kriti since its
inception in 2009 and formally joined as a Trustee
of the organization in 2013. Sreelatha is an
experienced IT professional with over 15 years of
experience in software development for large
companies in the U.S. Sreelata is a Trustee and
co-founder of Kriti. She is passionate about
working with children and leads a lot of the work
in education.

Admin and Finance Manager
Ms. Bandari Rani holds an MBA in Finance from
Osmania University and has been working with Kriti
Social Initiatives since September 2024 as the
Admin-cum-Finance Manager. She manages the
organization’s accounts and overall financial
administration. Previously, she worked for seven
years as a Senior Accountant in a manufacturing
company and another seven years as an HR

Vandana Thakur is a development professional with
14+ years of experience in women empowerment,
education, livelihood, gender, and community
development. She holds five postgraduate degrees,
including Masters in Development Studies, Social
Work, Women Studies, Library Science, and
Education, along with a Research Methodology
Certification, an ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship, and
multiple professional certifications. Since 2024,
she has been working as a Project Manager for
Project Pehchaan at Kriti Social Initiatives,
Hyderabad.

Vinay Guthpe is a B-Tech graduate with diverse
experience across training, software, CSR
skilling, and project implementation roles. He has
worked in various capacities that strengthened his
expertise in handling training programs,
coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and
driving impactful skilling initiatives. As a
Project Coordinator at Kriti, he is responsible
for managing center operations, supporting
curriculum delivery, liaising with schools,
monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring smooth
execution of all project activities.

Kishore Mettu holds a B.Tech in Electronics and
Communication Engineering and completed his
schooling at Swamy Narayana Gurukul. He is a
social work professional with eight years of
experience working to strengthen government
schools through organisations such as ILP and
Kriti. His work spans community outreach,
volunteer coordination, career guidance, parent
counseling, summer programs, and documentation
such as client reports and MoUs.

He completed his Diploma and B.Tech in Electrical
and Electronics Engineering from JNTU Kakinada and
has over eight years of experience as a Center
Manager and Project Coordinator in the NGO sector.
He has previously worked at Pipal Tree Foundation,
Hyderabad, as a Center Manager. He is currently
working as the Project Coordinator for the Milan
Project at Kriti and is responsible for overseeing
and managing all project-related activities.

Bharath holds a degree in Information Technology
from CBIT, Hyderabad. Before joining Kriti in
November 2020, he worked as an Event Manager with
HappiClap. At Kriti, he serves as the Field
Coordinator for all education-focused projects and
also supports the organization’s administrative
functions.
